Our founder, Jim Maton
QCAB was founded by Jim Maton, an experienced manufacturing engineer with a long career in industrial and elevator manufacturing. Having worked as a general manager at a cab manufacturing company, Jim saw first-hand how outdated processes limited innovation and increased costs across the industry.
When that business dissolved, QCAB was launched with a clear vision:
to create a modern, efficient, and scalable solution for elevator cab interiors that benefits both manufacturers and installers.

In the event of damage, individual panels can be removed and replaced without dismantling the entire cab, often in around ten minutes. This significantly reduces downtime and long-term maintenance costs.
